2. Our Services
Sentinel Clean Solutions provides professional residential, commercial, and industrial cleaning services. The scope, price, and schedule of each engagement are agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to:

- check_circle Substitute a specialist of equivalent qualification should the originally assigned specialist be unavailable.

All services are subject to a pre-service assessment. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual requirements differ significantly from the initial quotation.
3. Bookings & Confirmations
A booking request submitted via our website or by phone constitutes an offer to purchase services. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a written booking confirmation by email. Until confirmation is received, we cannot guarantee availability.
Accurate Information
You are responsible for providing accurate details about the property, access arrangements, and any special requirements at the time of booking.
Access
You must ensure our specialists can access the property at the agreed time. Failure to provide access may result in a call-out charge.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices quoted are in Pound Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- check_circle Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a recurring contract or invoice arrangement has been agreed in writing.
- check_circle Invoices for commercial and industrial clients are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
- check_circle Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate per annum under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- check_circle We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other methods stated at the time of booking.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
More than 24 hours' notice
Cancellation or rescheduling is free of charge. Please notify us by email or phone.
Less than 24 hours' notice
A late-cancellation fee of £25 may be charged to cover specialist allocation costs.
No-show or access denied
If our specialists arrive and cannot gain access, a call-out charge equivalent to 50% of the quoted service fee will apply.
For recurring service contracts, please refer to your individual service agreement for specific cancellation terms.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every clean. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will arrange a complimentary re-clean of the areas of concern at no additional cost.
The re-clean guarantee applies to services carried out under our standard 50-point checklist and does not cover damage caused by pre-existing conditions, items moved or altered after our departure, or complaints raised after the 24-hour window.
7. Liability
Sentinel Clean Solutions carries public liability insurance up to £1,000,000. We take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage to your property. In the event of damage caused directly by our negligence:

- check_circle We will investigate the claim and respond within 5 working days.
- check_circle Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the item at fair market value, up to the limits of our insurance policy.
We are not liable for: pre-existing damage, damage resulting from inadequate fixtures or fittings, indirect or consequential losses, or loss of earnings. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Your Obligations
When using our services, you agree to:

- check_circle Disclose any known hazards, including but not limited to biohazards, infestations, or structural risks.
- check_circle Secure or remove fragile, irreplaceable, or high-value items before the service.
- check_circle Not solicit or directly engage any Sentinel Clean Solutions specialist independently, bypassing our company, for a period of 12 months following any booking.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
